no-carb foods to break a fast

any recs? i just completed a 32-hour fast, my longest so far. i broke it with some good ole fashion bacon & eggs, and they exited, with prejudice, about 20 minutes later. any tips on gentle no-carb foods to break a fast are appreciated. i find the benefits of fasting are great and plan to slowly increase the lengths as long as i can take it. The best way to break a fast is raw meat and/or eggs. I usually will break a 5-7 day water fast with 24 raw eggs. Makes you feel unbelievable.

goodness man. what was the work-in timeframe to build to that long of a fast? when i woke up and walked to breakfast that morning i was definitely a little loopy, but felt great. whats the science or your reasoning behind raw meat/eggs to break? i do like those as options however, easy for me as thats most of what i eat now. thanks

I did a 64 hr fast this week and made the mistake if breaking it with a trip to a Brazilian steakhouse. Man I paid for that.

It’s a lifestyle. I’ve done a 21 day water fast before. The mental clarity and general health benefits are unbelievable. It isn’t hard, the hardest part is the first 72 hrs.

It’s what your body is meant to eat. If you don’t want to do prolonged fasts such as a 21 day do a 14 day egg only WOE. Eat only raw eggs about 24-36 per day. You will feel the best you ever have in your life.

Grass fed organic bone broth with 4 very soft poached eggs in it with maybe a little grassfed butter added is the best thing I have found. It tends to slick the insides and gets them primed for a big meal to follow.

32 hours isn’t that long, I’m surprised that so many people in this country think that going 32 hours without eating is a long period. As far as I’m concerned fasting for at least 16 hours a day is the best thing you can do.

fasted 7hrs last night. Feel great. Just broke it with a doze doughnuts

My favorite right now is one 1lbs of jimmy dean sausage with 3-4 eggs. The sausage does have some sugar in it but is very filling.
