What can I do?

I've tried foot peels. Scrapers. Rubbing the edges of my heels back and forth on the concrete.

I may have even taken a micro rasp to them on occasion.

I have a solid 1/8 inch callous on the heel that is consistent with a country upbrining and never wearing shoes.

And that didn’t solve it?

Try the Ped Egg. It’s like a cheese grater for your heel.

I tried one called heel rescue that you can find cheap at most drug stores and I've even seen it at a dollar general

Worked great

I started using a pumice stone in the shower every morning and after my feet dry I use the lotion. Prior to that I used this electronic pedicure tool that essentially turned by dead skin into saw dust. I don't think that's a good long term solution but it helped grind it down initially.

Seriously……soak feet every day in epsom salt and use this product every day. It will work wonders. Once cleared up use occasionally.

If I'm not in dress shoes... I'm in flip flops.

Never understand why someone would want to get rid of callouses on their feet. Wouldn’t that make them real delicate and sensitive?

Seems like the absolute last thing you’d want to do for your feet that you’re walking on

That may be the issue, I noticed during covid when I was working from home and wearing crocs my feet turned to really gnarly shite. I ditched the crocs for slip on athletic shoes and my feet are back to normal.

Lather them up w Eucerin before bed and wear socks to sleep in. Will allow you to pumice the harder skin off.
