Are you referring to a PTLMS?
If so, those things are great. We used them on rehab patients and I’ve had it used on me many times. Although it can be a little rough at times, when you’re done, it feels great.

I have all ryobi 18v tools. The jigsaw is $70 and the bit on Amazon is $15-$20 I think. I’ve been debating on doing that. I’m sure I’ll use the jigsaw for some wood at some point.

We have some G2PRO’s from Theragun
Honestly, I think they’re overrated. They do feel better than just foam rolling, but I don’t think I’d ever consider it worth it to buy with my own money
Most recovery tools and things that really work are way too expensive to buy for just personal use

Worx jig saw and attachment. Just as good as PT version.

I’m not trying to drop $300 on one
But it’s like I don’t have a choice
In my mid 30s now just can’t recover like I did in my mid 20s

I have a hypervolt. Very quiet and has 3 speeds: 2000, 2400 and 3000 rpm.

My dumbass showed my wife the prices on these things before I decide to pull the trigger on one.

Should have just bought it and dealt with her later. It’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

I did a DIY version with a Ryobi and golf ball. I honestly use it much less than I thought I would.
It's fine, I just don't do a ton with it.

so stop replying to only people that talk about the expensive ones......The worx version is the same thing and is less than 100.

A nice variable speed corded jigsaw is like $75 if you don't have one (the Harbor Frieght one is like $25) and the massage attachments can be found cheap.

If you're using jigsaw level power tools as a vibrator, you're on a different level than I am.
