From June 9th to August 29th I went from 220 17.7% body fat to 216 8.1% body fat. That is losing more then 20 lbs of body fat while gaining 10 lbs of lean body mass in about 10 weeks. Now I will say I been bigger and leaner than this before in my early 30’s so it is way easier to do when you been at that point before.

at 37 the question should be.....what was his cycle because those results are almost impossible at that age without one.

I dont care either way and Op certainly put fourth a shite ton of effort and i mean shite ton both in the kitchen and in the gym and obviously sleeping good too. only way to get those results. even on a cycle of tren those results are unworldly.

Op great job man. getting under 10% on an inbody is stupid impressive. I dont think people understand how impressive it is. But to do that and gain 10 lbs....frickign crazy results no matter what you were taking.

I truly believe that everyone is different and you have know your body type to know what diet and training program works best for you. I gain muscle easily but keeping off fat is my biggest issue. I can’t really ever over train. I train all the big muscles twice a week. Shoulders and arms once a week. Sometimes I will skip arms if I need a rest day. Usually 20-25 sets of mostly compound’s exercises heavy to failure before 12 reps usually I don’t count though. Cardio is 25 minutes on a stairmaster going between levels 8-12. Diet every 3-4 hours eating something with 50 grams of pro 10-20 grams of fat. I keep carbs between 75-125 grams a day mostly consumed in the post workout meal

...the bulk of which was done in only 7 weeks between the first 2 tests.

Thanks I honestly had myself believing I hit a wall at 35 and could not get back in single digits. In reality I wasn’t fully training as hard as I should and I was eating out to often not realizing how many calories I was consuming. Since 2020 I was stuck in a rut and thought it was age but glad it was me.
I got into fitness at 19 in 2006 when I was 300 lbs of all fat. It’s been a great journey.

He would have to provide a picture of his wife to make sure she's a legit 8/9 to confirm he would meet the OT's standards.

Plus a tax return to confirm that he could buy and sell Elon Musk.

Nice work. Losing weight has been a bit of a ride but I'm finally down to 195 at 6'0. Started at 230. 180-185 is my goal. I'm wanting to get more into mountain biking so I'm not really looking to bulk up but I have been in the gym starting the last 4 weeks. First week was hell, this week I'm able to increase weight and soreness isn't as rigid. Started an actual program this week with more structure than just going to the gym and half arse targeting random muscle groups. First 25 lbs was dropped dieting alone. Crazy how much delicious beer just isn't good for you. Once I convinced myself psychologically to cut back on alcohol, the rest was relatively easy. Now I'm eating lunch, and drinking a protein shake for dinner. Still have a beer or a bourbon here and there, but moderation has been my friend.

I wonder if the first test is that accurate compared to the others since it was done at a different time of day, and surely different levels of body water etc.

Either way, nice job OP.

Do it! We all good even if you were on some juice. I'm sure you knew that it was going to come up before you decided to make the original post.

I don’t think it made a huge difference I made transformations like this before. Here is a similar one from 2018. I got some strange genetics. If I don’t eat right and stay active my body immediately puts on 50lbs of fat in 3 months automatically and then plateaus out after that. While that sucks it made me learn exactly what works for my body and what doesn’t through trial and error over the years

I would guess that the first one might not be super accurate. 10lbs of lean muscle gained the first 7 weeks...then less than 1lb the next month.

Sure nothing crazy I was 100 percent natural for the first 11 years until 30. 300mgs of test every 5 days and 75 mg of Var a day for 8 weeks. I feel this gives me the best bang for my buck as far as sides and results go. Using Cardarine for endurance and fat burning. That’s it besides I use MRE lite for meal replacements. Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. To many people think they need all these crazy amounts of stuff to see good results, my health and over well being is way more important than being 250 one day in single digits
