They are the worst day when you haven't worked out for a month. You can barely sit on the toilet for 3 days

After you do them 2-3 times a week they aren't too bad when you are in a groove

I skipped a week and my hammies are beat from my lift Saturday (think I tweaked my right one in the back of a car today getting out for a work lunch)

Leg day should be the favorite day along with DL.

I hate high rep squats. Love low to mid rep squats.

Tomorrow’s workout at the gym looks fun.

A: Front Squats.. 1 rep sets for 5 sets. Every 2 min. Work up to a tough single.

B: 30 reps at 70% of the weight hit in A for time.

200x30 for time is gonna be tough. I’ll try one big set of 10-12 and chip away at the other 18-20.

Gonna shoot for 285 which is well off my previous 1RM of 335

Nothing terribly exciting - just had ACL/meniscus surgery. Been out of commission for a while. Crazy how quickly your muscles atrophy.

Good luck with recovery! And yea you're right man. After my bicep surgery I couldn't believe the atrophy. Just be patient and LISTEN TO YOUR SURGEON

I like doing legs. Been doing weighted pistol squats on a bosu ball and it is pretty awesome.

Sissy squats, sissy squats on a bosu ball

Goblet squat jumps

Front squats

Step up reverse lunges

Bodyweight hamstring curls

Weighted hamstring curls

Seated leg lifts

Heel up elevated shrimp squats

L-Sit

Hip thrusts

Glute bridges

Getting amped up just thinking about it. Doing Legs today.

Speak for yourself. Squats and deadlifts are cemented into my routine.

PR's on squats and deads are truly earned.

I’m the other way around. Breaking 400 on squats and 500 on deads came pretty easy. Benching over 300 was fricking months and months of war.

I started liking leg day once I worked on mobility and became more flexible. I hated squatting because my form was terrible and my flexibility was shite.

On a olympic lifting team so it's par for the course. Anything over 6 reps are my least favorite.
