caught the first 20-30 mins on my lunch break

very impressed by both of them. Always been a big Layne fan.

Both agreeing on a ton of stuff, esp that Keto isn't for everyone if it isn't sustainable for that person.

That Keto or high carb isn't for everyone, so we should stop trying to give everyone these blanket diets like they are the be all end all.

Will listen to the rest this afternoon after work.

Dom D’Agostino is the definitive source for keto. Lots of snake oil salesman on this subject especially people claiming to be Dr’s when technically they are but Chiropractors to be specific.

Did Layne give any tips on how to pick up a fitness thot and cheat on your pregnant wife?

Interesting that both Layne and Don didn't have any difference in sports performance after a few months.

I always get suckered back into the keto diet after listening to D'Agostino. I say suckered only because of the bitch it is to have a social life while trying to stay in ketosis. Looking forward to the podcast tho

Haven't been on any BB forums in years but when I was into BB'ing I hung on Muscular Development all the time and Layne seemed like a douche. Haven't heard his name in awhile. Still claiming natty?

I've never heard him before but damn he knows what the frick he is talking about and is super confident. I'm really enjoying this podcast. Layne brings up a lot of good points though about discrimatory science studies.

What part of him makes you think that he has to be on steroids?

I get this, but there are ways to deal painlessly. Mine has ended up being that I just don't drink much any more.

Not because I can't stay in ketosis, because I def can, but becauase my body and mind no longer tolerate it. I think it is probably related to ketosis, but also age, weighing a lot less than in my party days, and just out of practice.

I love Dom. I'm glad Rogan is back on a nutrition guest kick. I'm not into most of his others.

Nothing at all. It was simply a question.

The 668 squat makes me a bit suspicious, but I don't know.

Steroids or not is an overrated debate to begin with.

A 3x body weight squat is beyond belief? He was 210lbs when he set that

People can have natural gyno if they have typically high test and then gain some fat

Ha, OK Brah. Layne has typically high test and gained some fat. How convenient.
