You could always just watch you calories.

Back out of this forum and don’t look back.

Everything he does is free on the internet

No need to pay for his diet or workout plans

Also he is a trust fund kid who can spend all day working out and then laying around to recover

In short he does intermittent fasting and lifts while in a fasted state

I know, but I am honestly curious to peoples objections that's all.

I didn't want to do it for a long time.

There's a million reasons. I don't eat very many carbs at all, but I don't eat keto. I eat way more protein than fat, one because I like it better, and two because it's way more convenient. I work up to 60 or 70 hours a week a lot of times and have to eat out for work. My schedule isn't really conducive to make sure I get 70% or more of my intake from fat unless I was drinking creams and shite all day which I don't want to do.

There are some up sides to his programming, but he is a douchenozzle and a lot of his nutrition advice is misinformed at best, or purposefully misleading at worst. Fasting is great and all but that and San Pellegrino are not the reasons he's lean year round.

If you truly want to lose weight you wouldn’t be discounting Keto.

Keep calories around 2k, carbs around 100g and eat your last meal around 5-6pm. Don’t eat or drink anything until 12 hours after last meal.

You will lose weight

I don't even make to the gym until after 5 and that's even if I work out at home

on my fasted days my window is 12-8 for eating

I'm not seeing the benefit of not drinking anything for 12 hours. Seems it would be a detrrement as it would be hard to stay hydrated to train.

yea i don't even train until 8pm.

the whole don't eat things before bed has been proven to be complete bunk when calories and protein are equal.
