Allowing the body to do a 12 hour intermittent fast every day. I believe based on evidence I’ve seen personally and read there is a benefit to this. If it’s 8pm to 8am whatever your schedule is. It’s all about that 12 hour break.

Lean protein, good fiberous veggies and good carbs.

No soft drinks, no sugar at all really. If only trying to lose fat, cut you daily calories by 500. If trying to maintain size, keep you caloric intake. Just eat well.

Its really not hard to cut fat. Its more about discipline than anything.

If you're looking for a good internet PT, look at Athlean-X. Ole' Jeff Cavalier is one of the best. He pushes healthy eating more than most.
