thats how i was forever. Still am in most ways as breakfast sucks imo.

but shite he is going to be able to stick to that a lot better than keto. especially as a college student.

He's a strict keto guy. Your suggestion isn't odd and it is probably more likely something OP will stick to long term given the limited amount he said.

I was trying to give you an out for laughing at 100-200 g of carbs.

I'm not sure what parameters you are referring to that could possibly be good/bad. Weight loss? Health? Longevity?
