Whatever keeps you in the gym.
People focus on how to get bigger the fastest way but if we take the time and put in the years, who cares.

For example: “give your muscles 48 hours rest to achieve maximum growth.” I get that. However. When I worked offshore my muscles got zero rest and I was as jacked as I’ve ever been.

Exactly. My old methods might not have been the most efficient but it kept me in there.

nothing makes me feel stronger than doing 5-5-5 squats
