I take 10g on a regular basis. If I barely sleep because of work or something, I’ll take 15-20g that day. I find it helps a little with brain fog.

How safe is it for teenagers to start taking creatine? Son wants to take it, but I am not sure he should.

It’s safe. Just make sure it’s creapure and make sure he drinks plenty of water.

If I have a history of bloating easily, should I take a particular type of creatine?

Dr. Jerry Mixon of the longevity clinic in the Seattle area is a proponent of creatine. However, he has said those over 50 should take no more than 3-4 grams per serving. Too much creatine can raise creatinine levels.

At 5g/day, I gain a couple of pounds of water weight. At 10g/day, I gain 5lbs of water weight. Only noticeable difference that I can tell with this stuff.

5-10g of unflavored monohydrate a day for like 2 decades. I’ve never experience any bloat, ever.

Well doctor jerry needs to understand the differences between a false positive and positive

Instead of listening to someone like that, read the studies on creatine use by those of over 60 and decide for yourself
