Cravings for what, exactly?

If I’ve been good all week, I’ll let myself satisfy the craving usually.

And by that, I mean just a few bites of whatever I’m craving. It’s always enough.

Like I just ate 4 Rolos because I haven’t had any sweets all week and my kids are teasing me with ice cream.

That little bit of sweetness was enough.

Pizza is my go-to usually.. that actually reminds me of what I used to do when I was younger. Couple bites of a slice of cold pizza would do the trick

Thankfully I don’t crave sweets too often—I can doctor up a casein shake that’s still healthy and make it dessert like

I got chest congestion so I don't feel like going anywhere to get anything to eat.

I’m a pizza junkie and you can make at least a low calorie pizza using low carb wraps if you like thin crust or mini naan bread pizza if you like a thicker crust. Hell, making a pizza using English muffins is good to me

A JIF to-go peanut butter cup and a chocolate Fairlife shake do the trick for me. Just enough sweet/sugar and
“”peanut butter and chocolate”” is always my favorite flavor of anything.

That said, Friday or Saturday is my cheat day each week. Life’s too short for me to not dive head first into the foods I love.

Man I eat healthy and work out 5-6 days a week but I destroy a pint of bluebell ice cream every night

My new year resolution was to lay off the ice cream and sweets. So far I’ve been a weak bitch. Sweets and candy have been no problem but the ice cream at night has been a bitch. I’ve given in a few times. The cravings are terrible.

A cup of coffee with no sugar sweetener and creamer satisfies any appetite. I take melatonin nightly.

Rebel or Halo Top aren't bad for scratching the itch. I usually stretch one pint into 3 different servings though.

I, admittedly, have never been one to binge, but give it a try next time you have a craving. Just eat a few bites of whatever you are craving, and then see if you still have the craving in a few minutes.

You just got to have that will power to stop.

But I promise, you will most likely find yourself satisfied.

My other “trick” for avoiding after dinner snacking is brushing my teeth directly after.

I’m anal about brushing, so this always works for me.

This works for me and I love sweets. And we are all entering the danger zone that is Girl Scout cookie season.

I actually find these low grade trash. Helps not eat them. I’d rather homemade fresh cookies. That also helps to not eat them bc I’m lazy.

I usually hold a double bacon cheeseburger in one hand and an apple in the other. I smell the double bacon cheeseburger while I eat the apple.

A good peanut butter smoothie with vanilla ice cream flavor protein powder. Have 1 every night at 9 on my cut.
