Perseus. It’s kind of a pain to load up a new program but once it’s in there I can reuse it indefinitely.

IN. I've been doing a modified 5x5 with extra assistance work for about a year now.

I've never done a program that emphasizes supersets like this. What can I expect?

To be excited about each workout instead of just slogging through day to day. It really got me out of a rut I was in where I was just getting bored with what I was doing.

I don’t have an incline bench. Should I just do flat DB?

If you have no incline, just put a plate under your bench and get after it that away.

Best part is calculating the new training max to go with all the PRs. About to tackle day 1!

My arms are already 1/4" bigger.

It was fun. Tiring. For some reason, arms tire me out more. I guess that makes this the right program for me.

That was a killer workout. I was struggling with that last set of curls to OHP. I had to drop down to 15s for that one my arms feel like jello right now trying to hold my phone

curls to OHP

This will be my 3rd time running arm farm this year. The curl to OHP never get easier. Hardest part of this program imo.

I definitely overestimated my weights to use. Had to drop weights on several movements. Curls to OHP was a bitch. Felt great to get a bit of a shoulder pump though. That's one area where Squatober was lacking.

Now I'm struggling to lift my protein shake up to my mouth to drink it. The pump is real.

Still contemplating trying to do Rowvember this month too. It's a daily (7 days a week) rowing workout sent to your email. Gonna try today's on my lunch break and just see how I feel. May not do it everyday. If anyone is interested, here's the link to sign up: Darkhorse Rowing Rovember.

Today's workout is 6 rounds of 500m with 1 minute rest.

You curl the dumbbells. Then once you have them up, you do a press with your wrist still supinated.

Last time I mixed it up and used barbell or a 25-35lbs plate to have some fun.
