Hope you boys enjoyed Arm Farm. It was my favorite program so far. Now for those that have also done Pool Season, which program did you think was the best?

So OT Workout Board Poll

Arm Farm or Pool Season 2 and why

Depends on what you like more - pump is better / more arm work in Arm Farm. Weight is heavier and there is more squatting in PS2. I think I prefer PS2 but it’s close

Going to run FOTH2 starting next week through the end of the year (finishing Arm Farm this week). Need to figure out my plan for next year

Running Jacked Friday right now. I picked a good day to wear a tight shirt to the gym. Massive upper body pump right now. Halfway through cardio.

I'm with you Jose.

I feel like my lower body got a bit neglected this month.

I did Deadcember last year. I got stronger but I thought the programming was light in overall work. I was going to skip it but when 777 said aaron was in on it this year I am going to see the programming day 1 then make a decision.

I took off two weeks for a trip and because I was just sore AF after Arm farmX2 and squatober. The last two weeks I have done Grasshopper just to keep moving. Its not crazy volume but it is really good basic lifting program. I may run it to completion if I skip deadcember.

As was the result of why I am so damn sore from a handful of squats after a whole month of them

Arm farm completed successfully! Like all days I have an all arm pump going on.

//edit: after cleaning up my back is kinda tired after 275lb deadlifts into 60lb db farmer walk supersets. Good program!

A handful? 64 squats not counting the warm up to get to desired starting weight. Plus 15 front squats. Plus the damn Bulgarians and lunges

Looks like I’m taking another week off sick. Lame.

Christmas bench next week with the rest of you.

Bought Christmas Bench today. Couple observations:

1) Lots of rows and a fair amount of high rep warmup lat pulldowns but zero deadlifts of any variety. I think it will be a good month for back growth.

2) No PR party on this one so if we finish Dec 30 then maybe Jan 2 bench press maxing out?

I’m thinking of skipping the grip circuits and doing abs and calves instead

I’m doing deadcember so I don’t have the Christmas program. What’s an example of the grip circuit?
