It may not be seasonal but I’d be up for All I Want for Christmas in January after Deadcember.

Finishing W3D2 now. Triceps are smoked. I had to drop weight on each of the first 3 sets of Tate.

Sign me up for that. I’m 3 weeks only for November and December due to travel. I was just going to run hypertrophy twice and do whatever yall do in January

I’m with you guys in spirit. Currently on Filling Out the Hoodie. Today ended with:
5x10 barbell curls
4x25 hammer curls
3x25 reverse barbell curls

Ended up dropping down to the little old lady 12s for the reverse DB lateral superset

nice, how you like it so far?
i had an off night last night, rode the air dyne for 40 min to try and get some soreness out, not sure if it helped or made it worse

I used purple 8s. I just embrace the old lady weights now.

I toughed it out with 15's but I was about to drop to the 10's.
I like the volume. Not sure I would want to run this one back to back though.
Todays supposed to be an off day but I plan to hit my back with lat pull downs, single arm rows, etc.

I had to use the 10s on 4x25 reverse flys the other day. Cant let your ego get in the way and just run the program as is. Gotta tuck in the ole tampon string and get after it.
