W2D3 complete. Significant gains in strength and ability to handle volume noted already. Ensuring a modest calorie surplus (300ish) and 1g/pound of protein has been absolutely huge for me. It’s a lot of food if eating relatively clean

Same here. May start to bump weights up since I’m getting used to the volume.

W2D2 is going strong. Halfway done with Farm Flex.

My arms are pumped so hard it freaking hurts right now.

Just about done with cardio. 2 sets left. Arms, shoulders, and upper back are smoked.

Squats felt good tonight.

W2D3 done.

I liked the transition from the second set of the farm string with OHP/concentration curls followed with the laterals/BB curls/dips set. My arms and shoulders were nice and pumped up after that combo

These workouts take more out of you than Squatober. At least for me. Maybe the higher reps.

I should get some deadcember gear.

Does anyone use deadlift jacks to make changing the weights easier? Thinking about it.

It is for sure the higher reps. I am exhausted when I walk out of the gym in the morning. On the flip side, I'm sleeping much better every night since I'm so worn out.

I have a cheap one from Amazon. It's great.

Week 2 down. I feel like deadlift day is the easiest and quickest. Still a good day I’m just not as wiped out as the other days.

W2D4 was pretty rough for me with 5 big lifts to start but I’m done for the weekend. Getting more comfortable deadlifting, definitely pr’d today. Forearms are toast

W2D3

Bench and curls feel strong. Bumping up to 40lb DBs for this last set.

Halfway through W2D4 right now and my forearms are on fire. DLs, farmer’s carries, and now these reverse grip rows are doing a number on me
