Yeah, good workout. I was a little worried on bench but ended up having a few reps in the tank. Just havn't felt strong on bench my last few workouts even thought the weight is still moving. Those delt SS's always blow me up.

W1D1 done. Kept the training max at 95% and definitely felt challenged. Also didn’t help that the AC was out in the weightroom so the sweat was real! Now I know how y’all with garage gyms feel!

Do y'all do the "cardio" parts? I swear I don't have time to finish the workouts.

I never skip anything, but if I follow the rest times, it gets to long. I keep everything 2 mins. I usually finish in 60-70 mins.

This is exactly what I do also. I try to keep rests at 2 min. Every now and then I'll go 3 min rests. I'm typically around 75 min.

Took me 80 minutes today but I was closer to 3 min rest. I was just feeling a bit spent from the beginning. I usually go around 2 min.

I follow everything on the plan but I don’t really have time constraints.

45min

?? When do you start counting time? Are you including warmups in that 45mins? My 60-70 min time includes warmups. I can’t imagine doing all that in 45mins. That just cardio.

I guess I could cut the fluff stuff to 1 min rest but the main lifts with such a quick rest time is ridiculous to me. I would have to use a 70% TM

There are like 34 working sets in the w1d1 workout (granted some are supersetted); doing that in under an hour would be tough. I’m generally in the 60-75min range including warmup working out with a partner who has lower TMs. Our rests are usually 60s between sets (however long it takes to change weights and get set up) until the workout gets heavy and then we just rest until we feel ready.

45 is everything. That’s why I can’t do the cardio and stuff. I barely make it to the end of the normal part

W1D2 done

When prepping my notes I realized there were a lot of deadlifts. However actually doing the workout today, they really set in. That was a LOT of deadlifts. Previewing the entire plan, there are even more in week 2 and 4. I used 50% on the 1st set of snatch grip and 62% on sets 2 and 3. The high rep rev grip BB curls were deceiving. First 10 reps had me thinking I went too light. The last 5 reps however had me burning. With 2 min rests, I was just under 90 min.

I noticed that as well. Deadlifts are my favorite though so I'm looking forward to it. Gonna be tired tonight.

Deadlifts are my best lift but I hate them so much.

I hear y’all on the little league stuff. We had a mid season tournament and we had a game an hour away at 8:30. On a school night. For 7/8 year olds!

Deadlifts felt solid. Chin ups felt easy which was nice. Had me breathing heavy after the snatch grips.
