I searched and didn’t see any posts since ‘17/18 so apologies if I missed…

As the post states, looking for a fitness app to log workouts but also one with an activity tracker for non-workouts (i.e. read 15 min, journal, etc.).

I’ve used Trainerize when I had a trainer, but now operating solo and have used “JEFIT” since. It’s alright but wanted to see what you all may be using.

Thanks in advance

I have used JEFIT a ton and really like it.

I have used Strong and like that too.

Lately I have just been keeping a notebook because I get distracted when I am on my phone.

I use Strong. It's simple and I like the tracking. I may be giving Juggernaut AI a try next year when I focus in on strength training more.

I’ve been using Strong for years. I guess it works well enough because I haven’t had the urge to go looking for anything else.

ETA: for fitness stuff I wear a Garmin Vivo Active 3 and just use the activity tracking in the Garmin connect app.

Juggernaut AI

I used it for one cycle, at a 50/50 split (bodybuilding/powerlifting). I really enjoyed it. I love the selection of exercises, and the ability to swap out if you’re just sick to death of something.

It’s a lot of volume. Ahem… a lot. It also takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The powerlifting program is recommended for those that are short on time.

One of the main reasons I stopped was because I have a home gym and some of the lower hypertrophy stuff, like leg press, wasn’t available to me. Doing high bar squats for volume after comp squats sucked.
