Would those gains not have been possible without it? A year is a pretty decent time to do it.

Maybe but I started TRT right around when COVID started so gyms closed for a bit and I have been far from consistent with exercise and diet. The benefits of it go beyond gains in the gym, your mood and energy levels are also greatly elevated.

No free time. He’s either having sex, working out, or ripping the heads off chickens.

I'm just curious if he's feeling better.

Anybody have anxiety issues prior to beginning TRT? I’m on antidepressants and have read TRT can help.

I'm not a doctor.

What I've read though is that the very first thing you need to check is your thyroid. The good thing is that the TRT test covers thyroid too so you get to see what both levels are.

This is an area ripe for aggressive medical marketing - basically a product on search of a problem. Everything about how low T can be marketed, diagnosed and treated may well mirror the advent of ADHD as a vehicle to deliver some really fun drugs to people looking for an edge

I still get shite for my post a while back wondering when this will be cracked down on. More and more people will jump on the bandwagon thinking it’s a miracle drug, which will just be a cause for more stringent regulation.

Oh look it's the dumbass, back for another round.

It's already heavily regulated and requires a doctor to both evaluate and prescribe. I asked your dumb arse last time how TRT is abused when you're given a vial that contains only a very small amount of testosterone that if you tried running it like a cycle you'd be done in like two days. Please answer that.

And yes to many it is in fact a miracle drug and breaks depression, anxiety, etc.

You still sound like one of those bitter assholes because some older guy is showing you up at the gym.

How to abuse TRT:

Step one: get illegal test (or just sarms) and run a cycle to suppress your test

Step two: after finishing cycle, get a hormone panel explain to your doctor that you have symptoms of low t

welcome to “legal” juicing

It’s literally what almost all bodybuilders are doing. Called blast and cruise, they run trt dose off cycle (cruise) then add in other illegal compounds and extra test on cycle (blast)

The fact that someone here with completely normal test levels (400s) in his 30s and is now on trt tells you all you need to know.

You’re so damn emotional and defensive about your trt. If you can’t acknowledge that it’s being abused and has no sign of slowing down than you’re just lying to yourself

Actually quite the opposite. The trt guys walking into the gym for the first time because they think it will get them “jacked” that try to keep up with me.

And claim I’m juicing because they can’t. Not realizing that it takes years of lifting to reach my numbers not exogenous testosterone

If they would have lifted before trt 75% of them wouldn’t need it in the first place

1. I'm not on TRT, I've been reading a lot on the topic so no, I'm not at all emotional.

2. Again, the amount of prescribed testosterone is too low to do what you're suggesting. So if someone tries that, they'd be out in like 2 days. Most of these companies prescribe one vial that's supposed to last two months. So now what do you do after you exhausted your supply in a few days?

Who is this? The only people I see discussing it that are on it had clinically low testosterone levels. And as it's been said already, you can be 30 and still have clinically testosterone for a multitude of reasons. You keep on fighting that good fight though against that mean old boogie man.

Your anecdotes are just that, anecdotes. It's not some broad conspiracy because a few guys at your gym are juicing. And even then, no one in this thread is talking about juice heads, we're talking about legitimate reasons for TRT. Dumbass

Do I need to repost my comment that you replied to? You change the subject every time it comes up.

The fact of the matter is people who do not need it are getting prescribed because they want to juice. Not everyone OBVIOUSLY but there are vast amounts and that number is constantly growing. It’s just a matter of time until people on their 30s (with normal test levels) that don’t NEED trt won’t be able to get it because of tighter guidelines.

Trt clinics are prescribing it to anyone with a pulse that says they feel “fatigued” or have ED. I’m 27 with test levels in the mid 600s and there is not a doubt in my mind that I could get trt prescibed within a month. If I wanted it

There is literally online trt clinics prescribing it over the phone based off one hormone panel and these panels are very easy to manipulate. Only a matter of time before the US becomes like Australia where you need sub 200 test levels to get trt

The majority of people on trt are using it to bandaid bad lifestyle choices. People are always looking for a miracle instead of fixing the issue the right way

No need to repost your tired diatribe. How about you post what I've asked for, proof. You've talked out of your arse multiple times on TRT and provided nothing but anecdotes. You know what that word means, right?

You base your conspiracy theories on your local gym rats that juice. Maybe you should find a better gym.

Is that your answer? To go all "do you even lift, bro" on me?

Could have just posted the meme. Here, I'll help. This guy is clearly on TRT.

28 y/o, work out 6 days/week with a mixture of resistance and HIIT. Total test is in the 200s, free test is in the 7s. Did a 6wk trial of clomid that didn't work, so i probably have a defective hypothalamus.

had blood work done today and will likely be on shots next week. excited to not be tired and irritable all the time

According to ThreauxUp, you're just a lazy arse that needs to workout harder!

I'm glad to hear that you're on the r right track to getting healthy and feeling better. Some people just don't get it. I'm in the "you're too young" group according to old salty guy ThreauxUp, but my symptoms align with either low T or thyroid issues. Probably going to schedule the blood test soon.
