Favorite preworkout food?

I usually workout fasted because I wake up, mix preworkout and roll out the door. But my kids had some mini boxes of cereals and I've been chowing one down on the way to the gym. Definitely notice a difference getting 100-120 calories of mainly fast acting carbs in prior.

What is yall favorite preworkout food?

Usually a piece of toast with peanut butter. Nothing heavy.

I go at 5AM and like an empty stomach so just pre workout with pink Himalayan salt mixed in.

Oatmeal if working out mid day or evening
Depending on what time it is, sometimes mix in protein powder or blueberries

Fasted if working out first thing

This was my preworkout carbs for quite a while. Now days I just do milk and honey/maple syrup in my coffee.

One scoop of this plus a liquid IV (orange or watermelon) added to it. They had flavored ProCarb but it gave me hella-gas. The non-flavored does not.

35-36 carbs with the liquid IV.

I hear Rice Krispie treats are the go-to.
I’m first thing in the a.m. so after my Reign Storm, it’s creatine, liquid IV and aminos at the gym.
