Favorite fitness air fryer lunch?

Looking for some air fryer fitness lunch ideas to toss in for lunch.
My go-to is
•chicken cubed and seasoned, and tossed in Buffalo sauce
•lil seasoned taters
Avocado slices w/ lime
Side of blue cheese
What am I missing?

Recently got an air fryer, but bbq seasoned chicken thighs are great. I have been using the Meat Church blends.

I live off of these from Costco. Air fry for 10 minutes.

cube up Sirloin steak and dip in any Primal Kitchen dipping sauce. Also brussels sprouts with greek seasoning and EVOO.

I tried this Friday after reading this thread. Boy its easy to over cook them. I did four little cubes at a time to figure out the time for them to be medium rare. It ended up being 400 degrees for 2 minutes on each side.

I had 1 cup of cooked ground beef with a little bit of soya sauce, whrish sauce and mustard. Delicious.
Does that count?
