Just got first order in from them (unflavored BCAAs, protein cookies, wrist wraps, and the mojito clear protein). Haven't tested any. Just curious, what you order?

Just ordered 5.5 lbs of their whey protein. Is their stuff good? I've always used the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard with good results.

It’s labdoor.com certified. Optimum gets a C rating from them.

Yesterday I ordered five different whey protein flavors and it's set to deliver on Friday.

Buyer beware: I placed an order last night for two items, entered the promo code “INDEPENDENCE” at checkout and the total was correct with the discount applied. Checked my bank statement and it was for the full amount, no discount. Sent an email to customer support and their first response said the promo code was submitted so the total at checkout, which was the discounted total, was what I was charged. Had to send a second email with an attached image showing this wasn’t so. Waiting to hear back from them.

My charges were correct. I highly, highly doubt this was malicious as its all done electronically. For whatever reason they had a glitch in their system that didn't apply your discount to the actual processing of the payment.
It always sucks to have to deal with stuff like this though

Oh I’m not accusing them of being malicious, but their customer service rep needs to do more due diligence before telling me it’s correct. Like, I have the proof and sent that over. I even said it could be a delay of some sort causing the confusion, but that’s probably not likely. I don’t feel aggrieved. Just want my discount cause that’s the reason I bought from them in the first place.

MyProtein impact whey gets a B from them. Their isolate gets an A- though.

I’ve been buying their salted caramel isolate for a long time. It’s really good. The wife loves the chocolate brownie and mint chocolate. With the specials they always run it’s all we really buy.

thanks for the heads up on this. I previously bought the costco offering but this brand seems to be much better and also a bargain with the discount.
