Anyone swear by one? Looking for something at least 100mg caffeine. Kroger has a good selection.

Any of the zero calories variety. I like the white and purple monsters and mutiple flavors of reign and bang.

Tried Bang and Reign. I have so much natural energy that those made me shake and feel weird. My go-to for the gym is Monster zero sugar. That with my Nitro and I’m ready to crank it out.

I like the sugar free Rockstar in the white can. Its 5 calories, and 1 carb. But I have to have it frosty ice cold. Bang always seems to upset my stomach. And the white and blue Monster is the best tasting, in my opinion, but at 6 carbs a can, its too much for me when I'm trying to low carb.

Most energy drinks contain a sizable amount of sugar.
For example, one 8.4-ounce (250-ml) can of Red Bull contains 27 grams (about 7 teaspoons) of sugar, while a 16-ounce (473-ml) can of Monster contains about 54 grams (about 14 teaspoons) of sugar.
These blood sugar elevations have been associated with increased levels of oxidative stress and inflammation, which have been implicated in the development of nearly every chronic disease.

No one would argue that. Everyone I know drinks sugar free versions though.

Makes them marginally better.

I really like the Celsius, especially the orange. It says it’s “healthy” and idk about that, but I like the energy it gives it taste good and not filled with sugar

Nobody I know drinks the sugar versions- those have waaay too much sugar .
Artificial sweeteners could be an issue though

Once again, back that up with data. Obviously the ones with sugar are not great for you due to the high sugar content, but what specifically in the sugar free versions make them "bad"? If I drink one sugar free one per day, what are the potential side effects short and long term?

It's just flavored caffeine water, I don't see how is any different than caffeine pills.
