I get paid to workout and catch a free tan. It's awesome.

It’s just about impossible for me to go after work. Kids have commitments, homework, dinner, one of us always seems to have a meeting or social function.

Or just some days happy hour starts early

Getting it done by 700-730 in the morning and your whole day is free to do whatever you want.

During Spring and Fall the kids have between 4-5 sports going, so every night is practice or games.

I go in the morning.

I really need a schedule. I’m so bad with fluctuations. I just don’t know how the hell I’d do it

it's hard sometimes, but having the freedom to do whatever i want after work is worth it. not to mention i'm awake and ready to go when i get to work.

Before. I get up at 330 once or twice a week and hit the weights and then again on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I don't have time in the afternoon to do it.

During the week I’m usually here by 4 but I’m also usually sleeping by 8 the night before.

I have a job where you never know what awaits you during the day. I've had days where a meeting comes up at 4:30 and i'm in the office til 9:30 for a pitch the next day.

The morning is the only time I'm in complete control of my workout schedule. No one is bothering me before 7:30, so I can get into the gym by 6, get my work done, and be home by 7:15

Generally, I'll go about once/month in the morning and five times per month for lunch for weight room stuff (since it's not crowded).

I'll go another five times per month after work for playing sports or group classes.

After several failed attempts to be consistent working out in the morning I realized I hate it.

I hate showering at the gym instead of my own shower and being exhausted before work even starts.

I started working out at 730-8 PM and it has been much better for me. I have stuck to my schedule going on 3 months now, can't believe it took me this long to try night time workouts

Before. I’m in the gym at 4:00am and at work for 6:00am. Don’t get home until 6:00pm. Working 7/10s.

Yeah, my life sucks.

Pretty much the same for me, but I'll leave and go to the gym and then work after as well. Obviously, there's something where it can't wait an hour or two or whatever but that's pretty rare.

I usually lift after work, but I will be switching to before work next week.

Before. I work 8-6. I don’t have the drive to lift after. Doing it before gives me a great way to start the day. Keeps my stress down.

I'm amazed at people who find the time to work out before work.

It’s easy once it becomes a habit. The first two weeks suck. It’s more about giving up sleep than finding time.

I wish I could lift in the morning. I just can't. My mind and body aren't awake for a couple hours after I get out of bed. I'd love to lift before work because I usually feel pretty good after.
