Digestive health question (going #2)

Is it normal when eating healthy (which I’ve been doing for three weeks now), to only go every 2-3 days? I’m not constipated, just don’t need to go. And when I go, Holy shite, it’s a massive one.

I’ve always been a once a day guy.

If you went from eating little fiber to hammering veggies it can take a bit for your body to adjust. Personally, when I get too much fiber I get the runs. I can't eat more than 2-3 cups of veggies per meal or I may as well be taking colon blow.

Try drinking more water.

I crap every morning when I wake up, then when I get home from work, and finally before I shower. I’ve got my body trained and on a schedule.

Why are you worried about your body producing waste infrequently? Trash in, trash out. Stopped eating trash? (in) Trash out reduces. Just because of some nonscientific "once a day" bullshite?

Someone insanely successful, I can't remember (gates, buffet, bogle...) had a good quote on what is normal in life that I'm about to butcher. "Someone told you what life should be" or something along those lines...to tell you, Just because you were taught one way, doesn't make it the only way.

I drink 4 shots of espresso every morning and drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water each day.

Just went this morning though. Great start to the weekend.

I had some massive, wipe free shits over the last week, but I was at the beach for 7 straight days and didn’t drink enough H2O.

ETA: if I went 6-7 days without taking a shite, I would probably blow out my a-hole trying to pump out an anvil.
