Saturday.
10 mike run. 2000 ft elevation gain. This one kicked my arse. frick Hills is all i’ll Say about this one.
5/3/1 OHP day week 2
OHP 105 x8
Bench 5x10 125
Pull-ups and Lat Pull Downs quickly to finish
Lifts Saturday suffered since I did them after the tough run and was in a rush. Definitely could have pushed harder.
Sunday Rest
Monday Gym decided last minute to close for the holiday so Rest
Tuesday 5/3/1 Squat Week 3
Squat 230 x10.
Deadlift 5x10 155
Abs
Ran 3 miles.

5/3/1 BBB Cycle 3 Week 3 Bench Press
Bench 1+: 190 x10
Upper body assistance since squat rack was being occupied. Sitting OHP 4x10 70lbs plus other stuff
Ran 3min on / 3min off intervals on treadmill 4 times. 5 min warm up and cool down on treadmill.
Solid day. Intervals sucked but bar speed on bench was excellent for a 1+ day.

I swear I've been doing stuff, just not posting about it.
Today was ME lower. Singles with comp squat in giant sets with weighted GHR and reverse hyper. I'm working off a 90% training max, so I topped out with a 355 and 365 single on the squat.
Major assistance circuit was split squats, heavy SLDL and light good mornings. Just two rounds there.
Finished with a core/cardio circuit. Yoke walks to weighted ab wheel to ab pushouts with a kettlebell.

Memorial Day got my routine all messed up. I’m doing bench and deads tomorrow then redoing this week next week.

Been traveling the last couple weeks for work so it's been mostly bodyweight stuff and light dumbbell/cable (whatever is available in the hotel gym) exercises. Also, not sure if it's because I was drinking more for work stuff or lifting less (with more 'cardio'?), but I lost 8 lbs during my 2.5 weeks of travel.
Back home and got in a nice chest day yesterday, though. Shoulder had been bothering me so I took it a bit lighter.
BB Bench Press
135 x 12 x 1
205 x 10 x 2
135 AMRAP (actually banged out 22 reps, prob could have hit a few more with a spotter, I was kind of shocked)

Finished with some ab and trap work, 'cause that's just standard procedure.

Dude my CNS is toast. I could not get up this morning. Just realized I lifted 12 straight weeks while working including weekends. I’m burnt out. I’m taking this weekend off. Come Monday, I’ll be wrecking shite again.

Finished the week with heavy bench and farmers walk.
Benched up 240x3. Assistance giant sets of 97 lb weighted dips, bb rows and close grip db press. 3 giant sets of that. This was the first time in months my neck/shoulder has let me do pain free close grips, so I was really happy.
Did 260 lb per hand farmers walks, 4 sets, then trap bar deads with 500 for 2x2. Tough close to the week.

My schedule got screwed up last week so I did my Friday workout today. Still coming back slowly from a shoulder injury. Weighing in at 165 lbs.
