There was deadlift in both A and B, and besides the fact that I hate deadlift, I knew my back could not take it. So, after A, Heath and I came up with a modified Cindy that I thought was really cool.
3 rounds of Cindy run 400, 3 rounds of Cindy run 400, 3 rounds of Cindy run 400.

I hit it hard last year during the summer and got off blood pressure medicine for the first time in 18 years . . . then work/holidays/etc caught back up to me. About ready to start hitting it hard and have been slowly cleaning up the diet again . . . and then girl scout cookie season hit and every kid in the neighborhood started knocking on my door offering to delivery me cookies at some future time.

Workout of the Day
15 Minute AMRAP w/ a Partner
100 Calorie Row (Switch as needed)
100 Toes to Bar (Switch as needed)
AMRAP Rope Climb
We did 25cal intervals, I did knee tuck crunches and strict ring rows for other movements. My partner did strict ttb and pull ups so I took the brunt of reps, which was fine by me since I was doing easier movements. We got 259 reps

Thank God that wasn't my first. I think our site retains them long enough for me to go back and find it. I know it had bar over burpees. I had a case of the yips when I went to jump over the bar. The coach had to come over and make me stop.

Nothing scares me more than jumping over the bar. I keep seeing myself bust it.

If that was my first cf workout I would not have been back
When I'm fresh I don't mind it. I often move to the outside of the plates and jump to simulate jumping over the bar once I'm fatigued.
Box jumps scare me. I can do 20" box for like 8-10 reps then I get tired and scared. I think it's mostly a mental hurdle even then but still.. better safe than sorry. When I get to a lower weight I can do more.

Box jumps are one of the few exciserces I don’t have to scale for for CrossFit workouts. The more, the merrier.
Today:
500 m run
50 hang squat clean (45)
35 burpees (45)
20 Push press (65)
4 burpees every 4 minutes
