20 push jerk
B: Only did 5 rounds because I spent time working on DUs

do you know anything about the floelite streaming? Im thinking about paying for access for the weekend as I know a few people that are competing. Is their coverage worth a damn? I was also curious if you can watch events after they are streamed live. I probably wont be able to sit at the TV all day and watch crossfit.
You also may not know shite about floelite, and thats fine too.

I’m going to hate the 5K beach run even more when I’m running it.
I signed up with floelite last year to find one of my events at WZA and struggled to locate it. My wife put one event on IG live and I forgot to change the setting to avoid deletion after 24 hours. The rest she put on FB live and they are still there.
Personally I think floelite sucks.

Yup. I follow them on Youtube and IG. I even got me a HSTL.made shirt. Damn the shipping from the UK!

100 goblet squats with 26 lb KB
100 sumo squats with 30 lb KB
10 push ups after every 20 squats

That C portion was deceptively hard. That 2 minute hold just wipes out your shoulders. Completed in 7:33
