Got to the worm and never cleaned it to our shoulders. We picked it up once (fresh) in the warmup area and hit a few reps and it was pain in the arse there to get it up. This event didn’t have those 80 burpees initially, but they added it in during our briefing 20 min before the event.
We had a T20 out of 60 in the Ski School event but everything else was bottom of the pack.

Trying to motivate myself to get up there warring with the general wish to go take a nap and rest. That many clean and jerks might wreck me.

today we have a Tabata with supine ring rows and pushups.
Then a 20 min EMOM of 30 seconds max wall balls and 30 seconds max double unders.
I love days like today. Will use as a recovery day even though I am not particularly sore or stiff. Add a little bike at the end and should feel great Friday.
