While I was DFL as usual, I wasn't as far behind as I thought I'd be.



how long did this take you.

I Did the workout with 95lbs (20 min)I was spent

my buddy I deer hunt with in Illinois, did it right under 11 min, (now he does crossfit all of the time)

I just dabble in some of the workouts.

I can remember exactly. I think it was just under 13 minutes. If foot remembers his time, I was a couple minutes longer. I think anyway. Our noon class is full of really good rowers. My rowing pace is more in line with the soccer moms. I can stay under 2:00 for the first 400 or so, but by the last 100 meters, I'm about 2:10 to 2:14.

125 right before it was a cakewalk. 135 was terribly hard.

This... I knew this was going to hurt going in, but this really kicked my arse. I was seeing stars and shaking 5 minutes in. Partnered with lsualum and I feel bad for holding him back so bad I think we got 137 reps.

If I got one of the girls at my gym as my partner they could do that one with me and possibly not sweat.

Yeah, couple the brutality of that WOD as it is, my little one has slept particularly bad the last few nights. Pretty sleep deprived. I probably should've just gone and done my own thing.

Strength - Deadlift for double 385, 405,425,445,455

Conditioning

20 rounds 45 seconds a round
Odd rounds 2 power cleans at 135 and 10 pushups
Even rounds 5 wall balls 20lb ball and 5 dead hang pull ups

At the end if you owe reps knock those out
Owed 20 pushups and 10 pull ups

I needed some breaks and then for me to go 100% to simulate Miami this weekend.

He threw a curve ball at us. Squats are usually on Monday. I still can't jump, so I'll be doing low step ups.

A.)Back Squat- 6 sets of 5 Reps Ascending in weight
Superset with 6 sets of 10-15 Hip Extensions on GHD

B.)12 min AMRAP
10 DB Hang Cleans (50/30)
10 DB Walking Lunge Steps (50/30)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

C.)100 V Ups or Gymnastic Crunches working 30 sec work 30 sec rest until complete!
