I'm battling whether to go today or not or if so whether to just do a recovery day workout. I am beat after the last 4 days of killers.

Today:
100 DB box step overs (35/25)
3 burpees every minute until step overs complete
50 FR lunges

I skip every day that has

in it.

I am beat from three straight days, but today is partner Cindy. I like Cindy, and given the rest(partner), I may like her even more. So may go at lunch, as I start several depos at 3:30.

We have our annual Fitmas partner workout coming next Saturday. I think the owner is trying to beat us into shape for that. I fear for that workout.

Really like the look of this one. Really wish my right wrist would fully heal. Any front rack at all seems to aggravate it. I am going to have to scale the crap out of today's workout just because of it.

A.)Thrusters- 6 sets of 3 reps ascending in weight

B.)4 Rounds for Time
10 Thrusters (95/65)
100 Meter Dual Farmers Carry (53/35)
400 Meter Run

C.)100 Gymnastic Crunches AFAP

After sitting in 4th or so after the first 2 days, Fraser has crushed the field today and now sits in first.

It’s a 2 man race between Fraser and Georges.

On the women’s side, Briggs has a decent lead going into the last day. Barring a bad event 9 (15 Snatches at 60kg and 15 C&J at 176), she should claim the top spot.

Lauren Fisher’s Invictus Team is leading the way and will probably secure the CFG invite.

Fisher is now back in Cali after being in the Meridian Region last year, which was her way of getting to the 2018 CFGs. She wasn’t coming out of the stacked West Region in 2018.

Watched the final evens of the Dubai Championships.

Fraser is up 102 point before the final event so he has qualified for a Games spot as long as he gets his minimum work requirement in.

Briggs went into the final event with a 1 point lead and was the only one to finish under the cap so she qualified for the 2019 Games.

Invictus qualified for the Games as a team.

Fisher was on the invicuts team

Guess that’s the only way she can get to the games now

There were only 10 teams in Dubai so this was the easiest path; probably the same for Individual since Dubai isn’t a quick trip for anyone.

If you want to see how this Invictus team stacks up, wait for Wodapalooza. They are competing there as well against a much tougher field.

I managed to find a 3rd for my Scaled Team so I’m still competing there. This will probably be my last trip there in a while so I’m going full send at the start of every event. No other strategy.

I may try that Bench/Row workout you posted. I’d be sub 12 at 185, though. I may bump it to 225.
