Yesterdays was tough.
100 single Arm DB Thrusters 50/35
Complete 4 Devil's Press every minute starting at 0.00
I did a 30 Pound weight and should have done more, but was still dead at the end.

I rowed a 3rd of a marathon on Sunday (14,065m).
Followed that up yesterday with
20 minute AMRAP:
10 toes to bar
12 DB thrusters
15 Cal AB/Row (I skipped on the row because of my hands, skied instead)
My hands are a completely mess. Tore them up on the rack yesterday after the Sunday row.

Managed to tear the long head bicep tendon in my left shoulder yesterday. I didn’t know I had done it until I saw it in the mirror last night.
At least my arms match now.
Yesterday was:
A: 5x3 Push Press climbing to a heavy set. (Set every 2 min)
B: 9-7-5: Ring MUs and DB Hang Clean Complex 50/35
A: Finished at 185 (same as my 3 rep strict last week) due to taking it easy on my shoulder issue.
B: 4:30... Did strict Pull-ups and push-ups Instead of MUs
Felt a pain in the 7 strict pull-up reps at the top of the bicep and didn’t think it was an issue. I may have jacked it up last week and didn’t know it, and it popped yesterday. No big deal.
At least my arms match now.

Anyone try watching the Dubai Champioship last night? Sounds like the stream sucked and shut down at some point. I have not been able to find where you can go back and watch the events.

The typical 20min AMRAP 5 dead hang pulls, 10 push ups and 15 air squats but with my plate carrier on. Also after the air squats 100 ft farmers with with 75lbs kettle bells

I got to 145 on PP
Did push-up then ring row combo instead of muscle up or pull up. Finished that in 5:08

A: Squats today: 5x5 climbing each set every 2 min.
B: Some tabata stuff with sit-ups, back extension, strict pull-ups and air squats
I worked up to 345 on squats yesterday and backed down to 225, 135 & 75 for some big sets.
315x5 is the finishing goal, but 25 reps in 10 minutes is a lot, especially trying to build up to a heavy set of 5.

Took last week off due to a cold. First day back was Monday with heavy back squats and wall balls pluss two days of rowing. My thighs are killing me.
Today( I may score zero on the amrap):

This looks very bad, especially with no rest breaks.

Continuing on my earlier post.
Final set of squats was 300x5. It was only 4x5, not 5x5. I would have climbed again to 315 on a 5th set.
Total Tabata Reps: 239
Bicep didn’t want anything to do with pull-ups after the recent tendon tear. Gonna keep going to help get accustomed to the missing long head tendon.

I am ok with everything (well, I would scale the HSPU) except that squat snatch, especially at that weight. My shoulder mobility is terrible. I would hurt myself even trying that.
What gets me is that there isn't even a minute break between the rounds.

I am having a bad reaction to learning double unders. The first wod that I did well with them, something tightened up in my left calf in my last set. Like a cramp that will not leave. I rested it for two weeks. In my very first set coming off of rest, it happened again. Taking a much larger break from all jumping now.

Picked up a used Concept 2 rower from our gym for $300.
They are getting 10 new rowers in on Friday and sold 10 of the old rowers. The gym has always been air conditioned so I know they haven’t been abused too much. I picked mine out first this morning.
