Do anyone of you Crossfit fools want to compete at Wodapalooza? I have an open spot on a Scaled team.
Event is 1/17-1/21.
DUs and the ability to swim is a must.

1 round equals all of that. So over a minute per round.
Each round is 24 reps. Posted goal on the workout was 10+ rounds. I didn’t think my score was that great.

50 Lungesters for time........
Lungester = with dumbells @ shoulders, lunge left, lunge right then perform a thruster.
I quit at 40, i couldn't get comfortable with the dbells and the wife left the garage door open last night and it was freaking freezing in there.
ETA: you also have to do 4 burpees at the top of every minute, including at the start.
