That looks terrible.

Ours today is ok:

3RFT
25 TTB
30 wallballs 20/14

We have one coming up (I think) that I threw together.

47 HSPUs
47 Pull-ups
47 Wall Balls 20/14
47 Burpees

..and it may start with a 47 cal row buy-in. Gym only has 14 rowers and some classes have been pushing 20+ people recently. If the row is in there, a handful will just wait for a rower and deduct their start time from their final time.

Then did an endurance wod

Then 3 rounds

75 second rest

Then
800m run

Took me 55:00 minutes.
Was about 45 second pace on 200’s and 1:40ish on 400’s

Leg day today, hit 275 arse to grass squat for a double, nothing to crazy then my usual body building leg work out.

For conditioning

20min AMRAP

Row 200 meters
5 toes to bar
10 24 inch box jumps
5 53lbs kettle bell swings

i was smoked by the end

For thrusters and carries, if you put the weight down you do 7 burpees.

Got a session in between World Cup matches

Did heavy power cleans, went for 205 but just didn’t have it in the legs after yesterday

Conditioning WOD

EMOM
24 rounds

3 deadlifts at 225
Next round
200 meter sprint
Next round 10 push ups

Then cycle through

So in total 24 deadlifts, 8 200 meter sprints, 80 push ups

How do you like doing the intervals while training like that? I start brute body next month and they are big on doing the intervals like 200m in between deadlift sets like you have laid out there.

Have a feeling I am going to be puking alot and not holding down food very much.

Ive been liking it a lot

its going to pay off bringing my mile and half time down.

Yea i almost threw up doing that workout Saturday on like the 6th sprint
