Box Push down and back the length of rig
5 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
(1 person completes entire Round before other partner starts)- Score is total # of Rounds between both Partners!

15 min AMRAP partner workout:

15 cal row
12 Power Snatches 95/65
9 bar facing burpees

P1 starts on the row, P2 starts on the snatches.

Sucked. My partner was killing the row portion and I was holding him back.

Total between us was 7+26 Rx

He did 4 rounds and I was finishing the row on my 4th at the cap.

I did some snatches yesterday. Felt much better than the day before.

Power snatches up to 155 without issue and Power C&J up to 185 before heading to Mangos for Volleyball.

Bench workout at lunch.

Wasn't going to go today, then I saw the workout.

Teams of 3:

400cal AB or 400cal AR or 400cal row or 400cal ski

P1: begins on machine
P2: chooses between plank hold/HS hold/knee raises/plate OH hold
P3: SW farmer carry 100m (heavy)

When P3 returns from carry, everyone rotates.

I didn't see a time limit.

Tempo Bench 5x5 with a 41x1 tempo: 4 secs down, 1 sec pause, explode out the hole.

Stayed light at 175 across with this lingering shoulder issue.

I went to Oly. The warmup bout killed my fat arse Body weight stuff brutal for me. I didn't really catch my breath until the first 3min rest after the first round of the WOD

Warmup:
30sec jumping jacks
30sec high knees
30sec butt kicks
30 sec scissor kicks
1min knee to elbow crunches
1min glute bridge (held)
30sec one-leg glute bridge (held)
30 sec one-leg glute bridge 2nd leg (held)
1 min glute bridges (reps)

4 rounds:
5x Depth jump
5x SA KB hang squat clean and jerk (10 total)
10X straight leg BB sit-up


WOD:
OLY CLASS
5 rounds AHAP

2 Power Cleans
2 Hang Squat Cleans
5 Jerks
Rest 3 Minutes

I did the first 3 rounds @ 95lb then did two rounds @ 115 because I didn't feel like I was challenged enough. 115 was hard for 5 jerks.

May take significant breaks to see if I can do all the push ups without scaling. If I try to kip the pull ups, I'll be there all day, so not sure if to try or do my jump ups.

I’m joining a box this week. Mainly to learn proper form and movement on most of the Oly lifts. The wife was giving me shot bc I have so much stuff in the garage lol! Kind of hard to pass up $75 student rate.

I got 2 rounds even, started at 245 DLs but I was literally blacking out on the 2nd round of them so I dropped to 185 on DLs and finished out. Finished the last lap with 5 seconds on the clock.

Holy hell. Im still sweating and hour later.

I was joking,

Running nearly 3 miles in a 40 min AMRAP and then running another 2 miles in a Hero workout 18 hours later sounds painful.
