All I know is I tried yellow while warming up and dropped, and glad I did.
Couple of usual Rxers started w yellow and wound up dropping to blue too.

Built up to 175lb on the complex in A. Did 135lb cleans in B, 20" box jumps. 21:something.

Partner WOD Today.
More of a recovery workout because tomorrow is going to suck because we are running through the 1st CFG Virtual WOD tomorrow.
Partner A Rows 500M
Partner B does an AMRAP of 10 pushups, 10 reverse lunges & 10 v-ups while A rows.
Switch when A completes 500M with Partner B picking up where A left off.
Workout is complete after each rows 2,000M total.
Score is Time to complete & Reps in the AMRAP

That bitch Karen showed up at the gym today..
Warmup: Sally with KB
A) 5x2 Back Squat Across (15 min to warmup and get all the sets in.)
B) Karen: 150 WB for time 20/14
Monday's have been a wall ball extravaganza building up to today at GCF. This is the first Monday I've hit in over 5 weeks, so I haven't done wall balls in a while. They always smoke my shoulders more than anything.
A) 315lbs

B) Tabata Bench at 50% of A
C) 12 min: Run 1 mile & AMRAP Burpees
So, I plan to run a 12 min mile for C.

Knee is feeling much better and had no issues, so I can get back on a leg program to build my squat totals back up.
200+ DUs in a workout is a new PR for me.

I've been AWOL from the gym. The storm pushed my move up from Saturday to Tuesday, and we weren't ready at all so my wife and I wound up moving all week, just finished up yesterday evening. My body is feeling beat to shite so I decided to take a day. I have to go to lafourche tomorrow though so I don't think I'll be able to make it to a class.

Working on consistent breathing during workouts. If I did this one again I’d be 4+ rounds,
..and if I hadn’t done a shitload of leg work, including OHS the day before, I would have finished at 175x5 on A.
