Still quarantining so had to just wing it.
For time:
1/2 mile run
150 air squats
50 push ups
1/2 mile run
I don't even know my time. Broke up the reps into 15 squats and 5 push ups. I think it was about 20 minutes all told. Hot arse sun got me.

Hit the noon class at Geaux..

10 Push Press (climbing)
8 Broad Jumps
AMRAP with time remaining DB Suitcase lunges (Climbing)
Finished at 175 on the push presses (unbroken) and the 90s on the lunges.
Not many lunges using the 90s.
First round of push presses, I had the weight too light and I was rolling too fast and nailed my chin and chipped an incisor.

I knocked my forehead on push press a few weeks back. I don't even know how I did it. I guess I tried to push my head through too soon.

Didn't get to Friday's WOD. Life's hectic as shite right now, buying a new house, prepping current house for sale, etc
Made it today:
Workout of the Day
A.) Every 2 Minutes x 5
5 Back Squats (Across)
*Use last weeks 5 x 3 weight.
B.) For time:
6 Rounds
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
4 Bar Muscle Ups
15 Minute Time Cap
225 on squats.. last rep was a doozy.

Man I knew it was gonna suck and it sucked even more . That's a lot of wall balls fresh, much less after tempo heavy squats

30 burpees over the rower
I was at 8:06 but only did 51 DUs and it still sucked.
People proficient in DUs got sub 6 min.
The coach told me that the goal was to push the pace the entire time. I said I would do as many DUs as I could until the 5 min mark. Managed 51 or so thru 4:50 or so before doing the burpees after getting off the rower around 2:45.
Burpees were sloooow.

Got a new Power Snatch and C&J PR Monday, and shooting for a new bench today. Then some inverted and bent over rows.
Conditioning:

Minute 4, 8, 12, 16 - 10 alternating DB PC&J (50/35)
Got excited seeing row for distance but don't think I'll be doing much rowing

I did 135lb cleans and hanging knee raises. Probably could've done a bit more on cleans but it was a good workout nonetheless

50 strict press 95/65
Partitioned any way you want..
I fricked up and started 10-10-10 and crashed on HSPUs 25 reps in.
127 Rx total reps,
If I did this again, I run through all 50 HSPUs first (probably an EMOM) and then turn it into a push-up/press WOD. Once I hit the HSPU wall, I knocked out the pushups and presses and then hit a handful more HSPUs.

Picked up a new Renpho smart scale.
Word of advice, if you are working out regularly, set the setting to the app as Athlete, or it’ll tell you your body fat % is 9% higher.
Old scale was fricked up and off by 8 lbs.
