5 mile run for me today after work
Ended up doing a 3 mile plate carrier run instead

Awful workout today
Alternating 33min EMOM
Min 1 - 12 cal Row
Min 2 - 1 round Cindy
Min 3 - 1 round DT @ 95
I didn’t make it......took a few minutes off and scaled the reps down toward the end

Me too, ofc. I hit 85lb power snatches and did ring rows. Tried negatives but still can't hold myself up.. just fall right down. Wasn't going to work well for this workout.. Got 8 rounds + 1. Almost 8+2 but the last snatch was a no-rep if I'm being honest with myself.

100 box jumps 24/20
Box jumps were easy. Those 200 sit-ups sucked.

Anyone want to be a tester for my RED (640nm) and IR (875nm and 905nm) LED therapy device?
I’ll be building a handful of them for testing.
The multi-radiance therapy has been shown to improve blood flow to the region being scanned that reduces pain, inflammation and accelerates wound healing.

Burpee pull ups in a partner wod today. Never done them. Hoping that little jump gives me a boost, as I generally can't get past about 8 stricts.

yeah, your shoulders were already feeling it.
I agree that flipping the order would have been easier, but I don't think "easier" is the main objective when programming.
Our box is doing Murph on Sat so I am taking off tomorrow and just doing mobility and light cardio.

We are Murphing on Monday.
Our gym needs 4 different times to get everyone in. I think we will be close to 100 total with 6:45, 7:30, 8:15 and 9:00 start times. I squeezed into 7:30 after two spots opened up this morning. I was slated for 9:00.
Still contemplating a vest, but my left knee is totally jacked up due to patella tendinitis; may leave it off.

I started with the vest the last two Murphs. Now anytime we do Cindy or any running I use the vest. So far so good. I am 46 yr old so I don't have a ton more years before I start backing off some of the intensity. No injuries since I started Crossfit, just want to be smart.

Same age.
Last injury was a torn bicep tendon at the shoulder 18 months ago. I can feel it moving around when I’m doing butterfly pull-ups.
It was impinging the last 25 years and I tweaked it on a pec deck fly machine and it eventually tore when I helped someone over a fence.
