No frills on this one. Just hard work.

We had Jackie and Fran last week, we rarely do the girls

So if you are looking to get back in on my drive and are a OG on here email me, I will check and will be very selective over who has access. Still uploading constantly and downloading even more and more. Still updating folders so some will be blank but I would say 90% has been reuploaded plus a lot more content I had never uploaded before.

Got a kind of weird one this afternoon:

Typical 50-40-30-20-10 bike/ski
But with one minute on, one minute off pacing. I guess to keep up the intensity without just adopting too slow of a pace.

Cleans and deads today. Not sure how to approach it after tweaking my back. I suppose I'll go really light.

Not much in the way of mountains or snow in West Monroe.

As for your bike question, the assault bike is fun and easy. Tabata sprints is the way to introduce yourself to them.

Tuesday I did a workout that had sled pushes and pulls (backwards pull), weighted planks and DB strict presses plus back extensions on a GHD.

I am currently sore from my shoulders to my knees and I am crouched over like an old man.

Workout today:

With Partner

10 Rounds of DT

then

10 Rounds of
5 DLs 275/175
15 pushups
10 box jumps

Oh my poor hamstrings

We have 4 between two brands. Two are older and people call them aussault bikes-I never get on them. The other two are Concept2 BikeErg. I love those.

Air conditioning and only 4 bikes???

Man, we have like 15 of them. Of course 5 of them are in the Lean Bodies building and are in rough shape.

Walking dB lunges w 50s
Wall balls
Ttb
Cal row

It was exhausting.

We have AC and no assault bikes.

Well, we have a bike in the side room for extra work. But none for WODs. Distance cardio is running or rowing.

15 pushups
15 KB swings

Part A 0-12 min: 21-15-9 Front Squats 75/55 & Calorie Row

Rest 2 min

Part B 14-25 min AMRAP: 4 strict pull-ups, 8 snatches 75/55, 12 alt step ups at 20” 75/55

Part A: 4:39 Rx
Part B: 3+4 Rx

Took it slow on the stepups with this knee still healing, but I didn’t have pain during the workout so that’s a huge plus.
