Today was a 3 part workout.

1: 6:00 of 30 burpees
Then 100lb med ball carry until time expires

2. 50 cal row
300m body weight sled push
25 cal bike

3. 15 c&j
30 cal ski
15 snatch

Workout of the Day

A.) Back Squat 3x6 (30x1)

B.) 5 Rounds:

6 Hang Cleans (Moderateley heavy)
6 Front Rack Forward Lunge
6 Burpees
Rest 1 minute


I ripped a callous yesterday so hang cleans were painful even with bandaid + tape over it.

We did one rep max power snatch today. After bouncing 145 off my head, I got a PR of 140. Yay.

Doing a squat deal that we have never done before. If one were to stick to the same weight for all sets, how do you go about choosing that weight for this:

Question? Do all gyms have DB snatches quite a bit in programming, we have them again today. Not my favorite, but not bad at 20 reps at a time, I just am not a big fan.

Both of mine do. Only ground to overhead movement I like/am any good at.

TIME:

If there is remaining time: AMRAP Squat Clean (205/145) (175/120)


I did all the scaled numbers.. this one was good. By the 3rd round those 135 squat cleans were like a slap in the face. I got 119 reps, or 5 total rounds + 5 reps.

200 meter run
