Then: RD 1: 100 air squats

Trying to do the math-you finished the set of 155 and were into the next medicine steps?

No, I finished first med ball step ups (160 reps) and got 7 135lb C+J

ETA

I transposed the 6 and 7, and I think I did my math wrong. 157 reps. The whiteboard has 160 reps listed .. I think they did bad math

I did 131 Rx

Finished 185 clean and jerk at 15 or so. Sat and rested to try a few pistols. I had not done them in probably 4 years. I did three on my left, but none on right. They were supposed to be alternating so could only count 1

I wish I wouldve practiced em for a few days, I think I could've handled em pretty well. Maybe not 30, but 15 or so.

5 Rounds for time:
200 yard run
10 front squats (135/95)

3 Rounds:
Max unbroken Ring MU
or
20 low ring transition MU practice

Coaches seem to think .5 will involve MUs

Only two into the 135 for me. Pretty disappointed. The step ups at 24" just kill me. Took too many breaks.

I think I will refuse them. But they put KB weights, so I may do KB snatches which I like a whole lot more.

How do you keep from bruising your forearms? KB snatches kill me.

You just have to punch through it so that it rolls back instead of doing like a handstand and flopping down onto your forearm

8 rounds:

Odd:
100m body weight sled push
150m sprint
5 DLs

rest 1

Even:
100m body weight sled push
15 cals AB sprint
5 snatches

Rest 1

Not sure why this killed me so bad but coming off that sled push and sprinting was murder.

A.) 3 SETS:

8-10/S TALL KNEELING ANTI ROTATION DB PRESS (30X1)
10/S RNT FRONT RACK LUNGE

B.) FOR TIME:

21-15-9

PUSH PRESS (INCREASING WEIGHT)
FOOT ELEVATED RING ROW

INCREASE WEIGHT EACH ROUND

MEN (115,135,155)
WOMEN (75,95,115)

I did women's Rx weights and scaled to ring rows with feet on floor. First day at the gym in a week and only the 3rd day in the last 2 weeks. Sick child, then I got sick. Ready to get back into routine

This was in some private training I am doing in addition to regular workouts. Focusing on intensity and moving through the workout without stopping. My trainer actually texted me while I was on the way to meet him that he felt sorry for me for that day's workout. He runs a heart rate monitor on me to see how hard he can push me.

Went light, 95lb - finished under 2:00 on both Grace and Isabel.

The worst actually was the 30 cals on the AB. That's normally my strength but I was just done after the other three.

Those short quick workouts are the worst.
