I’m curious to see how Justin King tackles it.

He’s probably the strongest lifter in his M40-44 age group, but probably the slowest runner.

You run too slow and you won’t be able to hit a bunch of jerks due to time and your run time will suck. Too fast, and you will won’t hit a bunch of jerks due to you being gassed, but you will have a decent run score.

I’ve met and talked to Vellner and Fikowski a few times. Both are good dudes. I hope Vellner finally figures out the swim event to finally win.

I guess Tia. She’s just a machine, but I’m also a fan of Speegle. She’s great.

I’m pulling for Justin King in M40-44: Friend/coach.

Team? CF Westchase out of Clearwater. Friends with Hanna.

I gave a legal endurance supplement to Hanna 8-9 days ago. He tested a long cardio workout last Friday after starting it last Monday and said he felt great. His whole team has it and they will know out the gate tomorrow on its benefit: Xendurance Extreme Endurance

I'm sorry but that "formula" looks like shite. It's proprietary so you have to make an assumption on what exactly the dosages are, what studies are backing those individual ingredients that are in it, and if there are any, what was the dosage that was studied?

Endurelite is an example of a good label with clear dosages on it and clinically backed studies for a majority of the ingredients.

Nice edit. Which means it probably doesn't do shite, especially when you are not training hard like they weren't in the last week

It’s legal and works. Sorry you can’t comprehend it.

I’ll get a text from Hanna tomorrow on it. He’s been at the CFG level for a decade and felt a difference last week.

Dosage is 3/3 AM/PM during normal training and 4/4 during comps where you have multiple events,

Ok, as I said

and works

Debatable in full. Not really debatable if you are taking it 5 days before your competition when you aren't really training hard at all.

But you're buddy or some shite makes it so you're biased. That's fine.

No because there's no reason to pay $60 for shite I can buy for $5.

There's nothing revolutionary about it.

I googled the first two ingredients listed, I didn't find anything about for calcium carbonate increasing endurance or recovery. Papain has been found to increase wound healing and infection fighting.

Everyone that I know who has tried it has seen benefits. A reduction of lactic acid in a long workout is the biggest.

Xendurance does offer a 100% money back guarantee on the EE.
