Noah Ohlsen was my boy. He used to be awesome. Over the last few years he turned into a roided out freak and can’t do any body weight shite.

The first event was cool. Just poor execution on the logistics. You could make up time on the bike or the pullup bar. That's good balanced programming.
Those cross double under things were lame though. They weren't any test of fitness. Being skilled and cordinated is part of fitness, but that was just goofy

I’m pulling for a Tia vs Mal O’Brien showdown on the womens side. I think it’s cool Fraser has taken O'Brien under his wing and she’s a total beast. I hope she pushes Tia to her limit. I’d like to see Tia win and retire or lose to Mal and come back another year. I wouldn’t want her to go out losing.
On the men’s side I just want to see a good competition. I think it would be cool to see Medeiros repeat, he’s way better this year than last. But I just want to see some drama late more than anything.

Yeah that’s definitely surprising to see! Normally she is just such a machine you assume she doesn’t know what the word “tired” means. Very weird to see. I wonder what’s going on
