I don’t mind Ricky leading. Dude served the suspension and managed to stay focused.

Now, if he tests positive again? frick that guy.

Emily Abbot tested positive after the West Regional 4 years ago. I checked her IG to see what she’s doing last week and it’s all power of the feminine body and pussy.

Hopefully she has that grip back for the next event, because Brandon will coming for her...Both of them are pretty dominant at MUs and GHDs.

So Haley won the run today but they have her in like 18th for that event. Any idea what’s going on?

Saw that too. Gals in the first two heats ran faster. She just won that last heat in time. She did great on the last event with a fourth finish. Not bad on the Capital run either. Standing in fourth overall. She's prolly gonna fall when they start lifting heavy weights.

Edit: I see they fixed it and she won that one. I didn't think they ran that 3 minutes faster

They got it right.

It had two separate scores:

Shuttle to OH A (total run time)
Shuttle to OH B (total lifts)

She was 1st in A and 17th in B.

I think Justin closes the gap on Gerard when they throw out the heavy weights. That's when Tia runs away with this too unfortunately

Ricky done fricked up. I’m glad. I hate a runaway weekend. Let’s see a fun finish on Sunday.

Event win for Khrennikov with Medeiros 7th and Garard 10th

Top 3
Garard 754
Medeiros 738
Khrennikov 735

Is it wrong that I’m pulling for Khrennikov? Dude had visa issues and couldn’t make it to the games after qualifying in prior years.

Na, I'm hoping he wins honestly...dude has been trying to get in for 4-5 years now and has been tearing it up internationally.

Plus OMG the headlines for a Russian winning...the pandomonium that ensues.

Also the whole not putting up the russian flag next to the names of the athletes and teams is so childish.

Some of the Ukrainian Crossfitters were asking for a ban of Russian athletes from the Games.

I'll show you Russia. No Flag!

How self-righteous are these companies? LOL

Made it less miserable by removing the rope climbs due to rain. If they knew rain was coming, take the ropes down and out them back up.

Wet turf makes it easier to push the sleds. Team event 1 proved that from heat 1 & 2.

Well they removed the paint on the bottom...I've grown ok with the programming but good God, the logistics and judging of this crossfit games has been the absolute worst ever.

- Not counting the laps for the atheletes with several people screwing up the lap count on Event 1.

- You didn't know who was leading after Thursday because it took over 16 hours to get the chip timers corrected.

- It took Fikowski alone over 2 days to get his chip timer appeal fixed for 2a.

- Terrible judging for the Handstand Machine workout. Lazar Djukic is touching his nose to the line getting way over and getting no repped while Raptis wasn't clearing the line at all and won the event.

- The last sandbag tie break last night, Gui easily won the tie break but the "chip" says they magically tied.
