Yea I like the elite, thought crepnsek was a bit better but really like my Titan just due to price. Pretty much an exact clone of the elite. So if price is a determining factor the Titan v2 is damn close to the elite

I headd Titan was basically an EliteFTS clone. I went EliteFTS bc some Titan stuff I have is meh and EliteFTS has an awesome Youtube channel that I've gotten a ton of good, free info from.

Figured worst to worst, I was just giving back for some of the free info. It's such a huge upgrade over the cheap, generic one I was using.

Yep the v2 is a clone. And I would have went elite too but they happened to be out of stock when ordering and Titan for stock that day. It's almost always the opposite lol.

But I have a ton from elite so I don't feel bad.

I added the Titan SSB v2 recently... couldn't be happier. Still getting used to the pitch forward feel but definitely can see the benefits.

What are your thoughts as to why Crepinsek > EliteFTS for a SSB? Not buying yet, but doing some research.

I can't comment on the Crepinsek, but I love the EliteFTS SS Yoke bar.

I almost don't squat with a straight bar any more except to keep my form ok in competition squat. It's fantastic in every way. Stable, feel is great, weight is basically distributed like a front squat. You can do a million leg thinga with it.

Like I said, Crepinsek may also be great, and I don't know the difference, but I love my EFS bar.

It's likely the same in function. I'd buy whatever is cheaper between them.

Ok frick it, i'm going to go ahead and get the SSB. (might even add on the lat pull down attachment to the monster .... frick it)

Quick question Hu on the Crepinsek .... how are the handles? I couldn't find a good picture of the handles online. It's definitely down to the EliteFTS vs. Crepinsek from everything i've read online. The new Titan SSB has some good reviews, but my entitled, narcissistic self won't let me buy Titan.

I get it about the Titan bar but I tried the Elite FTS and Titan at a gym.. personally I couldn't tell a difference so I got the Titan. Couldn't be happier. Great bar.. even though I know Titan's reputation, this is an exception.

It's a stub then you bolt a longer (about 10") pipe on it. It works great and I don't think it hinders me. I think there is an option in his website to get a bigger one.

Crepinsek and elite are a little different. The crepinsek throws you forward less due to it being better balanced.

I like both a ton. I ended up with the Titan v2 after using it and the elite over and over trying to feel the difference, I couldn't. But if you can afford elite, do it. Dave is an amazing guy. Same with owner of crep.

No, they are slightly smaller.

Yes, although for my home gym, I put athletic tape over a collar and it solves the issue. They're smaller, but not by much.

Rogue has some Axle Collars specifically designed for the smaller sleeves.

I’ve got the EliteFTS SSB and the axle collars work great on it. I normally use my cheap lock jaw collars though. It’s not super snug but it’s tight enough to keep the plates from slipping off the bar.

I hate that crepinsek bar. It feels awful for everything.

The Elitefts SS Yoke is great. Well built. Much more comfortable.

My favorite SSB they no longer sell. It didn't have a name brand. It looks like their rackable spider camber bar with those bent handles. I have one but it was loaned to a friend when I parted my home gym out.
