So you know yours isn’t accurate, so mine isn’t either?

I’m using calipers, tape, and a BF scale to check the numbers and they are all in the same range, champ.

Here’s my advice again: skip the creatine. It’s just going to fill you full of water. Eat like a pack horse, go to the gym and do a legit lifting routine, then go home and eat like a pack horse. I have no idea what kind of frame you have, so I won’t assume. I’m very wide bodied and my frame can easily hold 165-170 lbs without a gut. If you are narrow framed, Target 150lbs.

Well, kind of, yeah. They are known to not be near as accurate as a body scan.

And it's certainly possible that yours are corrdfg, though unlikely. It should be used for trend analysis not an accurate number. If the number is decreasing then you are obviously on the right trick.

So all three methods are inaccurate within .2, got it.

Well, you post about how your fat so I'm not assuming anything.

Lair. Just Friday I posted this...

quote:

I actually had a DEXA scan today. Been getting one every month or so to track my progress.

I am currently 236 with 21.6% BF. Need to lose 16 or so pounds of fat with no muscle loss to get to 15% BF which has been my goal since I started back in the gym and decided to get back in shape.

I am 6' tall just as an FYI and I do want to lose at least 16 lbs like I said but I am not fat like you make it seem. I have more lbs of lean mass than your entire girlish self weighs.

If you REALLY have had a dexa scan (which I think you're lying about BTW only to argue with touchdownjeebus because you were called out and can't stand being wrong) you would see that on the print out they give you they show what BF% you need to be at to be in certain percentiles of people in your age group. I am 38 and right on the cusp of the top percentile which is 18% BF. I am good with that for now.

What's sad is that you make shite up to fit your narrative and feel better about yourself because you have little man syndrome. I have seen it a lot over the years and your posts on TD make it pretty obvious. This thread only confirmed it.

Whats sad is you're nearly 40 years old and can't distinguish between the internet and real life. I frick with guys like you on this site because you take it so personal.

Thanks for confirming you were in fact lying.

You know people see through your BS, right?

You can claim it as trolling all you want but to deny that people's IRL personality doesn't come into play on here is being purposely obtuse. It's pretty obvious you aren't just trolling and have a very desperate need to be correct all the time due to a serious inferiority complex.

Only on this site and to a few posters. And just to be clear, I'm going to continue to do it to you as long as you whine like a little bitch about it.

I never really responded to you until this thread. I have seen others do so and seen your bullshite arguments but you're so inconsequential that I scroll past it.

In fact, I only responded to this thread because I wanted to pick on your wee man status because I know it infuriates people with your stature.

Setting all of that aside, I would like to help you out finally so if you need to lose those last 4 pounds maybe a competitive league will help?

You're welcome.

You're taking pre before CF? Feel like that would make my heart explode during the conditioning rounds. But yes, creatine monohydrate powder is cheap and you can take some after you workout to get to 5g. Said in another thread yesterday that I just started taking it, but I asked 3 different people and all of them had the same answer.

Yes. Is that wrong? I needed something to make me not want to just go home.

Thanks. I'll see about getting some.

Several guys at my gym use it, and I feel like I need it at times, but I also feel like CF workouts get your heart rate up too high to pair with pre-workout. I mean from what I understand pre-workout isn't the healthiest of things to take anyway, but that certainly didn't stop me from taking it every day before heading to 24hr. I guess if you feel fine with the HIIT stuff we do you should be good. I'm still very inexperienced in all this stuff. Anyone with any kind of scientific knowledge instead of "I feel like"s feel free to chime in

Some days I need it, like I said, to even make the crucial decision to turn left at MacArthur drive instead of going straight home. Today is one of those days thanks to 4 Uinta Mango Lime Pilsners and the corresponding terrible sleep. I know-much of our pain is self-chosen.

Quit being an arse. There are a lot of guys on this forum with good knowledge on fitness, dieting and supplements who can help you stop being a whiny bitch and become a real man.

10% bf at 135?

Is this something to be proud of?

Better than being fat, no? Go back to your apply only thread weirdo. Don't you have some sort of injury excuse to formulate or bullshite electricity thing to peddle?

No injury excuse. I always find ways to get workouts in regardless of what’s going on day to day.

And I’m always trying to find ways to boost recovery.
