Picked up some creatine tablets, serving size recommended is 1500 MG before workout and after. That's two pills. My question is I only weigh about 135 so should I only take one before and after or take the recommended dose.

If it matter I started the creatine and drink BCAAs. Those are the only supplements I use

Sorry for not being fat. I'm 10% bf. Now do you have anything to add or are you going to cry about someone hurting your feelings?

Interesting theory considering you've never seen me. Again, can you answer the question or are you just going to continue with the sour grapes?

You should take the creatine anally for best results...plus you're used to it.

Creatine works best when supplemented in combination with protein. Might I suggest you swallow more loads from your bf to meet your daily protein intake?

You should honestly wait until you go through puberty before starting any supplements IMO.

Is puberty when you blow up to 300 pounds? If so, I will heed your advice as you have experienced that

I used to take 5 grams of both creatine and BCAAs before and after lifts. Seemed to work well for me. I don’t take them anymore since I’m trying to lose fat and creatine makes you retain water. Throws off the numbers.

(If not trolling)—buy creatine monohydrate powder, not tablets. And skip the bcaa’s. Better yet, at 135#, do GOMAD.

Sorry OP, but I spit some of my beer out reading this shite!

Just remember, all supplements will effect everyone differently. Take suggestions and tweet a little to find what works best for you. Besides all the BS, there is some good info in here!

It’s version 2 of the GOMAD diet. The old version is a gallon of milk a day. The new version is a gallon of meat a day. Find a gallon bucket and fill it to the top with the cheapest, most hormone-laden ground beef. Cook that every morning and finish it by the end of the day. You want the cheap shite. The stuff laced with hormones and steroids and shite. Not the clean grass fed bullshite.

I'm not tall so I'm not rail thin at all. At 135 I can bench 225 and DL 275 8 times (that's the highest I've tried on Greyskull). To be completely honed, I need to lose about 4 pounds of fat, but I am trying to pack on some muscle.

What is your height? 135 is very light for a guy. I’m not trying to talk shite. Just curious.
