don’t buy creatine. It’s a waste of money. Use that money and buy some swimmies cause at 5’6” and 135 pounds you must be drowning in pussy.

One of my favorite threads all-time!
Serious note, creatine monohydrate (cheap powder form) outperforms all fancy pills and blend powders. 5g daily total. It depends what you are looking for, it's not a miracle amino acid- you may add a little strength and might get a better pump. Go with 777 and lift heavier. The fact that you can bench and DL at XX lbs means shite if you are stuck there and not progressing. BTW, my gym owner is 5'5 150 and can DL 450, so no need to brag about 275.
I apologize to the board for not having any jokes about 5'6" 135#...

Don't focus on weight loss or gain.
Focus on getting stronger every week and adjusting your calories to help your lifts. Go low carb on your off days if you want.

We can only hope, Napoleon.

Napoleon actually was very average height for his time, coming in at about 5'8. Napoleon being short is a myth perpetuated in modern times.
Look, you learned something today.

5'6, like I said not tall.
Not busting your balls, but if you are 5’6 135 and 10%, you have a long ways to go. I’m 5’6 182 and 16%.
You need to eat and lift, then eat some more. Good luck.

I honestly find this hard to believe. Guys in the NFL like Tarik Cohen are like 5'7 170 and those dudes are absolutely loaded. How are you measuring bf?
Posted on 9/18/18 at 9:37 am to Mingo Was His NameO
Those guys are way less than 16%, lol. With a scale and calipers plus dimensions. It’s how you do it...
44in chest
18in arms
22in legs
I need to lose about 12-15 more pounds. You need to gain 25+.

The only people who bother to learn that are historians and short people.

I understand that. I'm guessing you are more in the 20% range on a dexa or the equivalent.

I'm not trying to look like a bowling bowl. I'd be good with about 8

You’re guessing wrong. I’m 16.4%.

I'm not throwing shade, that's just the truth. My bf calculator says I'm at 8%, but I know that's not accurate. It's a tool to track trends not be accurate.

How did you measire your 10%?
Also, I find it funny you tell me I have no idea how you look yet you're always the first here to assume everyone else is fat or something.

Well, you post about how your fat so I'm not assuming anything. And as someone the same height as the other guy, at 185 lbs and using calipers it's very, very improbable that those numbers are correct. I live in reality, if that hurts your feelings, well, I'm not really sorry.
