I don't want to take the huge creatine tub in my luggage and was thinking about putting it in a much smaller tupperware or ziploc. Is there any risk of this being an issue in checked luggage?

Or if I decide not to take it, is the Creatine in a Bang close enough to the daily amount? I realize it's not the same type of Creatine but just looking to get through a few days.

I just started taking Creatine a few weeks ago for the winter and haven't put on the usual 5 lbs yet, hoping not to delay the process further by taking a week off.

I’ve traveled internationally a couple times with it in the normal 1lb bag along with a few lbs of protein with no issues.

Just make sure you write on the bag/container “This is not cocaine”.

Put milk bones in the baggie too, so the drug sniffing dogs know you're friendly.

I do this all of the time without issue.

My pre-workout for some reason gets flagged by TSA regularly. All they do is run a quick test on it and let you go.

Also note: I am talking carry on. You will have zero issues with a checked bag.

Looking back at all the insane things I've accidentally brought onto planes over the years I can assure you creatine shouldn't be a problem. We're talking about the TSA, not exactly the most competent of federal agencies.

I bring supplements on trips all the time. Never once had an issue, but I do label the stuff.

I was really disappointed when Goodies changed the way they packaged there products. I've had my checked bags looked at a few times while traveling with a few of the older packs in my toiletry bag.

OP, would the trip be too short to just hit up a local place for a small purchase?

It’s sad that so many of y’all are addicted to steroids that you’d risk prison smuggling them

I have carried on a duffle bag full of protein and other supplements. Never had an issue.
