Usually have 3-4 different brands of protein I use. Just order creatine from whatever brand of Protein has a sale going on when its time to stock up.

PEScience, Morphogen, or if I don't want to wait for shipping, I'll use 5 star nutrition or last resort get whatever costco has

imo its important to use creapure. I dont think china produces crap supplements in most cases but creatine...it is usually not worth a frick imo. all creatine mono is either creapure made in germany or chinese low purity BS.

china makes a lot of good shite...creatine isnt one of them

I can remember some purity tests where creapure was testing out at like 99% creatine per serving and some of the chinese sourced were as low as 80%. That's a huge difference then you have to wonder what the 'filler' was on the chinese brands.

yea i have seen those same test. I don't think the filler is anything harmful and are more than likely just excess or non reactive reactants. Many times in fields where purity will not be tested often nor can be harmful, the Chinese will setup very crude reactions that leave a lot to be desired when it comes to excess reactants.

but it is pretty well documented that it is the same reason people get more GI distress from Chinese made creatine when compared to creapure

i will say, the Chinese can make great products. They do it every day in the pharmaceutical industry. but if their hand isnt forced, they will always always take the cheaper more crude route.

any age, but really about 6 or 7. start taking 2-4g and go up from there. by 10 I recommend 5-8g and by middle school 10g and then high school the 15-20g and from there on out.

20g of creating a day? That seems a little excessive

I wish someone made a higher concentration creatine for this reason.

Is all Creapure treated equally? There are some brands out there that are like 50% cheaper than other brands. Both use Creapure. Should I be vigilant of fake Creapure?

I've always just gone with a well known Mono brand like ON

You probably wont notice the difference either way. Just add more Test or some Deca instead.

Creapure is creapure as long as it has the logo on the label. Supplement industry is like any other industry some companies mark prices up higher than others. Just get the cheapest brand as long as it’s certified creapure.
